Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, courier service, and customs processing. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

To request a return, please email contact@zhizhigroup.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will review the request and provide next steps.

Return shipping fees and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by a verified product fault or fulfillment error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
